First Salute Living aims to combine the highest quality housing opportunities with relocation resources and PCS support services for our Active Duty military families. Being owned by a military family, we understand first-hand the needs and requirements of today's military service members and families in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

First Salute Living exists to provide, purpose built and purpose driven, off-base rental housing options that are tailored to the unique needs of our service members.

PalmTerra Consulting provides fee based advisory, conceptual design, entitlement, acquisition/disposition and development services to private/institutional investors, homebuilders, and fellow real estate professionals.
