Marshall Crown leads PalmTerra Group as its Principal. Marshall is a seasoned homebuilding and development professional who has spent over a decade at regional and national public homebuilders (e.g. Lennar, Stanley Martin, and NVR) in multiple Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. markets, driving process and development from the first handshake to breaking ground. Marshall is a passionate, fifth generation homebuilding and land development lead and knows the importance of homebuilding to the overall built landscape. Marshall embraces the complexities of navigating challenging markets to deliver high quality and thoughtful communities. Marshall holds a master's in Real Estate Development from George Mason University and a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology from Clemson University. Marshall is a proud member of
the Northern Virginia Homebuilders Association, the Home Builders Association of Greenville, the Charleston Homebuilders Association, and the Urban Land Institute.

Colin brings over two decades of experience to PalmTerra in positioning both public and private builders for growth in the Mid-Atlantic. In addition to joining PalmTerra Development as a partner, Colin serves as Principal for Terra Dominion Group (TDG), a Washington, D.C.- based Residential Land Acquisitions and Entitlement Company formed in 2018, providing land transaction consulting and entitlement services for homebuilders, private, and institutional investors. Prior to TDG's formation, Colin served as the Vice President of Land for Lennar in Northern Virginia and oversaw the division’s acquisition and entitlements efforts. Also, Colin served as a member of the senior management team responsible for the sale of Arcadia Communities to a regional private builder, Van Metre Homes. Colin began his career as an acquisition manager for K. Hovnanian Homes.
Colin holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and is a member of the Northern Virginia Homebuilders Association and the Urban Land Institute.
